Great location to live, thats about it. Office staff is not in the office during posted times and not available to respond in a timely manner. After moving in it took 18+ days to make repairs to my apartment that should have been done before I moved in. Any announcement about parking closures and water shutoff are done at the last possible second. Office staff is not competent with jobs such as letting me pay rent on the online portal. I wouldn't recommend moving in.

They just ignore you when you try to help them, for simple stuff like: Dog trash has no lid, so smell bad when rain and mosquito as well. It is to much to put another trash with a lid ?! This complex it is going down. Trash everywhere and old cars without owners at the parking place as well.

Data provided by GreatSchools
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
