UNFURNISHED 1 Bed/1 Bath in a 2 bd/2ba condo. This place is only suitable for 1 person. Located in Worldgate condominiums in the 3rd/top floor. No elevators. Room has a separate balcony. In unit Washer/dryer. Off street parking. Community has a small gym and 2 pools. Water is included in the rent. You will be splitting the utilities(power,gas, wifi) with me including professional cleaning every 3 weeks for common areas($40). Rent is $900/mo. Will need first month’s rent with security deposit $900. $50 move in fee. Term is for a 6mo lease to start with the option to extend after the term.
I have a 13 year old cat so must be ok with that. Not suitable to add another pet to the home.
As a roommate, I am looking for someone who is a working professional, clean, respectful, friendly. I myself am a 30-something, female, working professional. Would like someone closer in age. Non smoking. I do like to socialize but don’t bring the party home late at night.
