Pet Policy: We will allow a maximum of two indoor spayed or neutered cats with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 due upon move in. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs.
All Apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly. This apartment can be held with a completed application, photo ID, written income verification and $200.00 Deposit. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum monthly income requirement of $2,775.00 (additional qualifications apply). Upon approval, your initial $200 deposit is credited toward your deposit balance and a balance of $1,100.00 with your signed Lease is due upon approval. Love this apartment?
Due to the nature of our business calls are answered as quickly as possible and emails returned once daily. Appointments to view the apartment are required by phone, in advance and we ask for prospective Residents to confirm with us 2hrs prior to showing.
