ROCKY SLOPE APARTMENTS - A Newly Renovated Apartment Complex in Great Location - ROCKY SLOPE APARTMENTS is a newly renovated charming apartment complex that is tucked away in the Haywood / Woodruff Road area of Greenville. The exterior upgrades include new paint, new roofs and landscaping.

Located in the 89 Building, Unit 3 is a cozy 2nd floor corner unit with an open floor plan. This unit's unrestricted kitchen and living room layout offers the opportunity for any set up you and your furniture desire!

Unit 3 is renting for ----- a month (monthly rent $795/rent and $150.00 utility fee). The $150 per month utilities fee payable to the property management company that includes: - Electric - Water(Hot Water)/Sewer - Garbage

Please note: To secure any of our properties, approved applicants MUST submit the security deposit by the end of the day of receiving the acceptance letter, which will hold the property for TWO weeks. Failure to offer the security deposit will put the application at the back of the line and others may be considered.
NOTE: If you choose not to rent the property, security deposit is considered forfeited
Our Requirements:
• credit scores below 600 require 2 months security deposit
• no felonies on background check
• no evictions at any time
• 3x monthly rent in income
• no bankruptcies in the past 5 years.

To apply for one of our properties: Everyone 18 and older must apply, pay the application fee of $40.00 and agree to a background / credit, reference, employment, and rental history check.

To be approved for one of our homes, our requirements are based on monthly income (must gross 3x the rental amount), owe no utility companies or other property management companies, based on an overall review of the credit, evictions, referral information and a background check.
You must include with your application:
• past 3 months of bank statements
• your 3 most recent pay stubs or statements of income
• 1 personal reference, 1 employment reference and 1 rental reference
• a valid driver’s license, social security card or state issued ID.

Smoking: Not permitted on any of our properties
Pet Policy:
-Cats allowed
-Non-dangerous dog breeds welcome

We allow cats and most dogs. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $325 for the 1st Pet and $100 for one more additional pet (2 max) and a $25 per month recurring fee. No aggressive or dangerous dog breeds are allowed.
