We currently have a 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartment in Grayslake for $1,200 a month. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator.
To be considered for this unit, you need to have a minimum yearly gross income of $48,000 (or have a Voucher) and based on you household size, you can’t make more than the chart below:
- up to $67,150 for a 1-person household
- up to $76,750 for a 2 person household
