All applications must be filled out on our website at homeinvestorsllc.net. Please include two full months bank statements, proof of income, proof of funds for security deposit and a valid state issued ID. Failure to include these items will result in your application being declined. The non-refundable application fee is $39.00 and includes the application and all necessary reports. Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. Applications are required prior to showings and are valid for 60 days.
Our leases are signed electronically, and each individual has a login to our tenant portal to make payments, track their payment history and make maintenance requests.
