Great apartments in a quiet area, but still near the freeway! Super convenient location if you work in the midtown/downtown area, and the landlord, Rob, is amazing. He is always just a phone call or a message away if you need anything. The apartments themselves are nice and clean, with updated appliances. The rent is fair, with most utilities included (you'll just have to take care of electric) and a separate parking space per apartment. Great heating in the winters and a wonderful pool in the summers. I've had a great time in this complex, and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Location is awesome I lived here for 4 years. I was on expressway in 60 seconds every morning. Landlord Robb if its still him...you cant go wrong. I was shocked one night I contacted him with a toilet issue as 9pm and he says Im only 10 minute away let me swing by. He comes has the part in stock in his onsite shop and hes done in 5 minutes......absolutely floored me I have never had that kind of service and I have always lived in higher end communities.

I absolutely love living at Top of the Hill apartments. I moved from Chicago to Grand Rapids 3 years ago and this is my favorite place by far. You will not find a better deal in the city than you will at Top of the Hill Apartments, nor will you find a landlord that cares about you as much as Robb does. Top of the Hill Apartments is a fantastic place to live. Clean, affordable, quiet, and friendly is how I would describe Top of the Hill Apartments. One of the few places in downtown Grand Rapids that you actually get what you pay for. You will not find a better price for a 1-2 bedroom apartment in the entire area. Robb, the landlord, really makes sure that you feel at home and any problems that you have are taken care of immediately. Highly recommend this place!
