Set on a quiet, dead-end street with tranquil views and a private path to your own pond, this modern air-conditioned retreat blends comfort with the beauty of nature.
Thoughtfully designed, the home features wide doorways and an open layout, all on one floor. High ceilings and expansive windows flood the space with natural light and showcase scenic woodland views. Guests can also enjoy filtered well/mineral water straight from the tap, eliminating the need for bottled water. Well-maintained walking trails run from Rockport to Gloucester, including access to the historic Dogtown hiking trails (see trail map in 2nd bedroom).
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room, and the option to dine indoors or out on the deck. The primary bedroom offers a King bed with an ensuite full bathroom which also includes a stacked washer/dryer. Off of the living room is a half bath and a second bedroom with a Queen bed.

An EV charger is available for electric vehicle users (not compatible with Tesla). Parking for 4 cars.
