My husband and I lived at Windsor Villas for four years and had a wonderful experience with Adolfo, the property manager and the property as a whole. We have had wonderful neighbors, many of which have been tenants for just as long as we had. It is a well kept community and the staff are always friendly and willing to help.

My husband and I have been here for 3 years and we love living here - its clean, quiet, the location is great and so is the neighborhood. Adolfo and property management is ultra attentive and fair, and I think the cost is reasonable for what you get / where it is / how easy it is to get around the city.

The place is nice, apartments are huge, the price was nice too. The manager is superb, always polite and helpful. The only one problem I had, and that's why it's only 3 stars. My apartment smelled so bad that when I was outside, my clothes smelled too. It's was that old place smell. When I was checking the apartment before the move in, I was wearing the mask(covid times), didn't smell anything.
My advice, always smell your apartment before move in, and don't wear a mask while doing that

Adolfo was a phenomenal property manager. He was very responsive with email requests and was the most friendly and helpful property manager we've ever had.
The move in and move out process was very easy, which can be a hassle at other places. The apartment complex is also dog friendly, has a pool and gym, and is centrally located in Glendale. We highly recommend this place!

I've been living here for a year and two months and have had a great experience. Management is tentative and on point, Adolfo is a great manager. The cleaners are here three times a week & gardeners are here one/two times a week. My husband and I work from home so we see the effort put into this building daily. Everyone is very friendly and this feels like a community. Pricing for the area is fair, let's understand we live in Los Angeles one of the most expensive places in the US. If you google the market Glendale, CA 2BD 2B it ranges anywhere from $2100-$2600 and for the people saying its borderline Eagle Rock...people want to live in Eagle Rock. Its just as expensive or more expensive then Glendale.
I don't understand all the negative reviews, view it for yourself.
