Moving into E on Adams has been a smooth process thanks to the management team, Karen and Brice. They have been very responsive to our questions and continuously check in with us to ensure we have everything we need. There were minor issues with the room that we moved into (which is common when moving to any home), but I really appreciated the management team for prioritizing on getting these issues resolved. It amazes me how responsive they are despite how busy they are with assisting other new residents and giving room tours to other people.
Aside from the great management team, the apartment is great! It has a 24 hour gym, a recreation room, and our unit is nice and spacious. It's is located near several good restaurants and coffee shops. I'm really excited to our stay at this place!

Been at EonAdams for almost 3 months, is a great new apartment community, it offers a convenient and vibrant living experience. The presence of a gym and nearby restaurants and coffee shops is beneficial. Being close to highways make it even more attractive to get around LA traffic. Karen and Brice have helped when there is any issue and the focus of security is a plus. Overall is a well rounded place to live.

As a new LA resident, I found the whole process (from scheduling a tour, expressing interest, finalizing the lease, and moving in) smooth. The apartments are new and the E on Adams team have been responsive to requests. It's been a convenient location for me, close enough to the E line and buses that I can get around LA by public transport.

Absolutely love the location, amenities, and the fact that this new community has many young professionals. Located right next to the new and exclusive social club next door, which is also filled with many young professionals. Absolutely makes my day to run into many other young professionals between the apartment building and the social club!
Whenever needed management has been helpful and pleasant! I think that I'll be here for a while :)
