Stayed here for four years and highly recommend. I literally do tell friends considering dtla to check out Packard. Units are spacious and fairly priced. Building is good quality (not cheap construction where a lot of sound travels). Also good security measures for access in place, which I do appreciate more in hindsight. Location is great. Office staff I'm during the day and on site security at night is convenient and appreciated to get assistance when needed. The whole property team is the best (Christian, Hector, Alma, Robert, Marissa). Christian is an EXCELLENT property manager - super on-it, friendly, and fair. Highly recommend!

Robert and the security team are also amazing, he helped me so much when I would have to go outside to take my dog out late at night.

It really makes a difference and makes it a place you want to live. It seems like the other apartments I had viewed have leasing agents who do not even answer the phones or reply to emails. Christian is the complete opposite and is the reason I chose to live at Packard!! Thanks Christian! :)
