I was truly pleased with the move-in experience and the promptness and proactive courtesy of the on-site building manager Emilia. She was quick to address my needs, and continually available for timely inquiries and concerns. The quality of my new location was truly reflected in the management staff, and it was a pleasure moving into Art Set! After living here a year and a half, my appreciation deepened, especially for the promptness at which matters were handled. Granted, there were barking dogs, noisy neighbors, but the studio loft itself filtered out street noise, and the noise was not intolerable, and handled quickly by staff. I loved how everything was so thoughtfully put together with a real community in mind. I would recommend this to anyone who is OK with some occasional dog noise.

Art Set was truly amazing! The community, the apartments, and Emilia (the property manager) made this place feel like home. Everyone has always been super friendly and respectful! The studio loft that my boyfriend and I lived in was almost 1000 sq ft and fit everything that we needed perfectly. We also had a huge private patio that stretched over a studio with the same sq. footage. The building itself is always kept clean, maintenance matters are dealt with in a timely manner, and Emilia puts on events for the residents from time to time. So sad to leave but would recommend this place 50000x over.

The community is wonderful. I very much enjoyed the diversity in the building. I met everything from artists to entrepreneurs. Everyone was very friendly. The grounds are clean and properly taken care of. I loved all the plants! The apartments are small (I had a studio), but they're very space efficient. The Murphy bed with the built in closet was a huge help. Washer, dryer, and the dishwasher are all great. It's quiet and the apartments have good noise insulation. Emilia, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She took care of anything that came up in a timely manner. I was sad to leave, due to my work relocation. Otherwise, I would still be part of the community at ArtSet NoHo.
