The owner will consider dog or cat during a lease term. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable.
