Owner will consider a dog or a cat at this property. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet deposit (per pet) and a monthly $25 pet rent fee (per pet) in addition to the base rental amount.
The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable.
