A beautiful water feature on the extended back patio provides a tranquil oasis to enjoy a beautiful Sun City day. Tenants will be responsible for providing their own refrigerator, washer and dryer during their lease term. Owners pay for the landscape maintenance and the yearly HOA dues. Tenants will be responsible for placing utilities in their name by the beginning of the lease term, the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown guidelines and pest control. Smoking is not permitted at this property. Tenants must be 55 years of age. The minimum lease term required is 12 months. A cat has previously lived at this property prior to the home becoming a rental property.

Owner will consider a small dog (less than 20lbs) or a cat at this property. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $25. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation). There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet deposit (per pet) and a monthly $25 pet rent fee (per pet) in addition to the base rental amount.

The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees are $75.00 per person. Application fees are non-refundable.
