When moving out of Diamond square Apartments I approached the leasing manager Julia and asked her if there is anything she can do about...
When moving out of Diamond square Apartments I approached the leasing manager Julia and asked her if there is anything she can do about the days im not staying, The leasing Manager Julia and i came to an agreement that i would only pay $280 ($986/30days * 7days) for the days that i stayed. After about a month i get a call from her with a total that is more than twice our agreement of $280. So, I asked her about the total we talked about, our agreement for $280. She starts to get very aggressive and says well oh i could've charged you for paint and cleaning. Obviously Julia the leasing manager didn't charge because everything was as clean as the day i moved in. i literally bleached the whole bathroom. Julia also offered to give me the new resident phone number to verify some information and that is illegal according to the Lease Privacy act. So, if you like to get lied to your face by a little blonde lady and have your personal information given to strangers move right on in.

I am moving out next month. They have been nothing but nice to me and the security people really do their jobs
