Fences yard has containers for a few vegetable plots. There are electric baseboard heaters in each room, as well as heat pump unit in the living room. Washer and dryer are in home, but will not be maintained nor replaced by the owner. Well water included (125 gallons per tenant per day allotment). Beautiful Daffodil garden blooms in the spring.
