One small dog (less 25 lbs) (breed must not be listed on the insurance dangerous list). If a pet is accepted there is an additional cost of one dog at $35/month as dog rent. Plus additional security for one dog at $300. Consideration given on individual bases. Tenant must provide proof dog is on a flee free treatment program with Vet. Verification of prior rental history, and monthly income is required.
Credit /background application is required for each adult. If I run the credit application cost of the credit check is $35.00 otherwise you can run through the portal. Application will be emailed to prospective tenant. If I am not in town interviews will be scheduled through zoom.
Tenant Pays: Water/Sewer and Electric. Garbage Service is provided by the City of Freeport.
