Completely covered Sunporch is perfect for a dining or sitting area! Spacious apartment has separate living, dining area and kitchen with lovely features. Bathroom with custom stand alone shower is in between both bedrooms. Washer and dryer is provided. Basic propane, PSE and water are included at a flat rate of $150.00 a month, however overuse charges will apply. You will need a Firestick or Apple TV for streaming via cable and you must provide your own router for internet. Wonderful owners live in the top half of the house with separate entrance.
