I lived here for about a year, but it was mainly because of the location and decent price. The new management made attempts to update the buildings on a surface level, but there are a lot of underlying issues. The biggest issue is the absolute lack of soundproofing. I could literally hear everything my neighbor was saying through the walls. Also, I dealt with an ant problem all summer long. Each week, someone would have to come to spray some kind of repellant, but ants came out nonetheless. They would disappear in one spot and then show up in another. I was so grossed out! It was my first time ever dealing with an insect issue at an apartment. Parking was also not ideal. The gate leading to the resident floors was usually always open, so there was not sense of security, and the stupid lever that led outside of the parking lot would constantly not work, causing back up and delays in getting out. Another thing that was extremely frustrating was how the people in the leasing office would literally NEVER pick up. If I wanted to get someone to answer, I would have to call about 3 times in a row. Overall, don't let the new "fancy" features distract you. This complex is really not as ideal as it may first seem just from a tour.

Wow if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Ive lived here for roughly 6 weeks now and I cannot wait to move out. Firstly, there were no locks on any of the building doors for the first 3 weeks that we moved in, so anyone could come into your building (mind you, there were recent shootings in the neighborhood so that made me feel great moving in here). There is a residents only area in the parking garage, however sometimes on the weekends, the gate to the residents parking is left open so you may not have a parking space available if you come home on a Saturday evening. Weve experienced problems with the resident gate not opening while trying to leave the parking garage. The pet area in the middle of our apartment building WREAKS of dog urine (which makes the whole courtyard smell) and is always covered in dog waste. Its a very small turf patch and your pet will be traumatized if you make them use the bathroom there. The package closet is no longer working so weve already had a package containing sneakers stolen. The office offered no help when I asked them about my packages being delivered in the coming days and told me it was my responsibility even though they offered no temporary mailbox. Additionally, the appliances in our unit are probably the cheapest and lowest grade appliances you could install in a home so thats great. Please consider living elsewhere if you are interested in this complex.

Not sure on the ugly reviews but Since Ive moved here, Ive had nothing but an easy and pleasurable experience due to the leasing office staff. Ive had troubles with my upstairs neighbor (which is normal living in any apartment) & when I brought the problem to Management attention, theyve been patient, understanding and has done everything to help me with my troubles even including purchasing me a white noise machine to help cancel some of the noise. Anytime Ive had any type of Maintenance request, they were all completed within the same day despite of how big of a complex it is. Victor, Sophia, Jordan, Anna & Jessica are all a great team. Theyve been very understanding and are willing to go above and beyond for their residents. This is the best experience as far as with any Apartment complex since Ive moved into the DFW area.

I love living in this area. The walkable spaces with restaurants, hair salons, banks, shopping and more make it a very beneficial residence. The office staff are the best I have ever dealt with as an apartment resident.
