I lived in these apartments for 6 years.Moved away for two and now I'm back for almost two years. The staff here is very nice and easy to talk to. Any maintenance issues I've had they have been on top of it. Management to maintenance keep the property looking nice daily. I would recommend Silver leaf Apartments as a very good place to live.Thank you so much to the staff at Silver leaf Villas. I appreciate all your hard work!!!

Horrible place to live. First off the parking is terrible! I always have to keep the top lock to my apartment locked because maintance doesnt knock they try to come right in. Every month they try to add suspicious fees after youve paid rent. And cant explain why their charging you those fees. Pest control sucks. Ive been here a year and have termites! They wont fix anything until they are ready to. I had mold and mildew under all of my sinks in my apartment and stayed sick. The only think they did was paint over it. I would not recommend Silver Leaf to anyone!!

I haven't moved yet so no major thing really do need to fix the parking it's a big problem walking from the outer gate for visitors when I'm a resident with a toddler and trying to bring grocery's in. Also drugs are often never seen our security guard maintenance is always good not pest control not cockroaches but ant's I had to buy stuff to kill. Outside of that not so bad.
Very clean and peaceful complex. Amazing office staff. The resident coordinator is a jewel! She's very creative, takes time to plan wonderful events for the residents.

I have NEVER dealt with someone/manager more unprofessional than Deondria. Theft on the property isn't a priority. When coming in as new management you would think one would want to make a good impression. Management should want to help their residents and make them feel safe and comfortable. Deondria hasn't displayed any of these. I've been here 2 years she's been here 2 weeks and has proven to be the most unprofessional apt manager I've ever dealt with. There has been 4 different managers in the last couple of months, when they had the most professional and hard working person running this property that would be Mindy. She has been running this property on her own for quite some time.

The office had free lunches for the kids during the summer and other activities for the kids it was very sweet of the company to do that, it helped alot. They always have something for us residents and we appreciate it alot.

We have lived here for 8 years. We have absolutely no complaints with the staff or the property. The maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional. The office staff have always been pleasant and helpful. The pool area is always clean. The grilling stations around the property are always ready for use. The work-out room is clean, cold and has plenty of equipment. We are on our balcony frequently and it is always quiet and calm.
While the dumpster area at times has trash piled up due to residents not putting bags in the compactor, the staff cleans the area daily - even when the office is closed. There have also been times when the gates are not operating correctly, but they are mechanical and will break occasionally. Usually, within days, the gates are working again. Parking can be an issue at peak times, be we've always been able to find a parking place.
The complex offers great activities for families such as after school tutoring, game nights, craft nights, movie nights and this past summer, they provided lunch to all the children! There are too many positive reasons why we live here to list. We would (and have) recommended this property to everyone.

I have lived here almost a year , and although nice ,not the worst i have seen in the area , parking is a hugh issue ,sometimes i have to park in the walmart parking lot and walk home where i pay yo stay , i am strongly thinking about contacting higher up people about the covered parking to be converted..next is the trash i pay for trash no problem but i am paying to throw my own trash in to a large dumpster at the front of the complex if i pay shouldn't someone be getting it at my door ,?,next is recycled no one recycles here and if the do it goes into the same trash compactor that is a rip off fee every month... paying for nothing .... broken sprinkler heads so you pay more on your water bill. "Called waste water" that they have been notified and still won't fix... I am glade to be gone , be cautious if you leased here and the get started on the roach problem and the take for ever if you ask them to spray , drug activity in the parking , people getting cars broken into , and a sad on call security officer. Lol... Be cautious leasing here...

Maintenance has always responded to my requests quickly and they take great pride in their community events. (There are a few every month.) I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and parking is the worst. Every time I have visitors or even myself need to park I literally have to wait for someone to leave to find parking. They have plenty of covered parking that no one rents yet they won't convert those to resident/guest parking. Every time I complain the only answer is a sorry or we have a empty lot in the back we are going to get ready in a few months but there has not been any progress on that. They call the apartments luxury apartments which is far from luxury. What good is a place to live in if you can't Park your vehicle or invite friends or family to come over.
