I lived in these apartments for 6 years.Moved away for two and now I'm back for almost two years. The staff here is very nice and easy to talk to. Any maintenance issues I've had they have been on top of it. Management to maintenance keep the property looking nice daily. I would recommend Silver leaf Apartments as a very good place to live.Thank you so much to the staff at Silver leaf Villas. I appreciate all your hard work!!!

Before I move I was worried about the location bing behind Walmart, Now after leaving here a little over a year, I will tell you this is the best please to leave. Great Management, Very clean,well maintained, and very quit. In general I am very happy to stay here.

I haven't moved yet so no major thing really do need to fix the parking it's a big problem walking from the outer gate for visitors when I'm a resident with a toddler and trying to bring grocery's in. Also drugs are often never seen our security guard maintenance is always good not pest control not cockroaches but ant's I had to buy stuff to kill. Outside of that not so bad.

Gracious and friendly office staff. All the amenities appear to be easily and readily available at appropriate times. The property seems quiet and neat and the surrounding area is easily accessible to residents needs.

I've lived here for a year and I like it! Pool is always nice! Place is quiet! The office had free lunches for the kids during the summer and other activities for the kids it was very sweet of the company to do that, it helped alot. They always have something for us residents and we appreciate it alot.

We have lived here for 8 years. We have absolutely no complaints with the staff or the property. The maintenance staff have always been responsive and professional. The office staff have always been pleasant and helpful. The pool area is always clean. The grilling stations around the property are always ready for use. The work-out room is clean, cold and has plenty of equipment. We are on our balcony frequently and it is always quiet and calm. While the dumpster area at times has trash piled up due to residents not putting bags in the compactor, the staff cleans the area daily - even when the office is closed. There have also been times when the gates are not operating correctly, but they are mechanical and will break occasionally. Usually, within days, the gates are working again. Parking can be an issue at peak times, be we've always been able to find a parking place. The complex offers great activities for families such as after school tutoring, game nights, craft nights, movie nights and this past summer, they provided lunch to all the children! There are too many positive reasons why we live here to list. We would (and have) recommended this property to everyone.

Love it so far. Been here 4 months so far, have friends that have been here for years. Nice staff, attentive and quick to fix most problems. Quiet, other than road noise on John T White. Too few visitor spaces, but most of them are taken, i think, by residents with multiple cars.

I have lived here for four years and I love it. Although parking is a bit tedious, I feel safe and welcomed here. Maintenance has always responded to my requests quickly and they take great pride in their community events. (There are a few every month.) It is a quiet, family friendly community with close access to major stores, the highway, and Arlington.
