Bluestem Village

Two pets per apartment will be accepted. A pet deposit of $150 per pet is required, a pet fee of $350 is required and is a non-refundable pet
fee. Each animal will incur an additional $15 pet rent per month. At Bluestem Village we do have breed restrictions - give us a call if you have any questions regarding your breed. Exotic animals are not allowed. All residents with pets are required to have a signed animal addendum on file and must submit a veterinarian statement (no more than 6 months old)
establishing the general health of the pet, weight, age and the status of all required shots. A photograph of the pet will be required. The only exception would be pets designated as service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the specific purpose of aiding that person.
