*Applications are available exclusively online via our website or an affiliate link from our website. Application fees are non-refundable. We will NEVER ask for or any type of payments via social media. Only one application is required even if interested in more than one rental.

*Insurance Requirement: Liability to Landlord Insurance in the amount of $100,000 is mandatory. We can offer this to you for a monthly rate of $12.50/household. THIS IS NOT RENTER'S INSURANCE. You can obtain renter's insurance with your personal insurance company, or we have an option for Roost Renters Insurance.
PET SCREENING/PET FEES: *MANDATORY*
RPM First Choice uses a platform called PetScreening to complete the screening and approval process for any pets that will be living on the property. ~Individuals without pets must complete the free online affidavit (states you do not have a pet). ~Pet/animal owners should gather current vaccination records, veterinarian information and snapshots of their pet/animal before starting their pet profile. ~PetScreening has a yearly fee of $20 for the first pet, $15 for the additional pet which will complete the screening process, but provides other benefits to you. ~THIS IS NOT RPM'S MONTHLY PET FEE - THESE FEES ARE STRICTLY FOR YOUR PETS SCREENING & APPROVAL PROCESS.
~RPM Non-Refundable Pet Move-In Fee is $250/$150. RPM Pet Rent is $35/month/pet. 2 pet limit.
