These connections are already existing so you avoid that hassle. This is a refuge from the hussle and bussle of city life in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All amenities are furnished including bed linens, towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances. Sorry, no dishwasher. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, also a washer/dryer in carport... Fresh Paint, there is a $250 cleaning fee at the end of your stay so you get back $750 of your deposit if there is no damage.
There is a custom built wooden deck in the rear with a propane grill and picnic table, even a nice place for a fire. The back yard has wooden fencing and landscaping to give you privacy (it's also fenced for a small dog). First and Last month with security deposit gets you in now. ($4100.) We can discuss having a dog for an additional fee. I would have to meet him/her. Fill out the rental app, I will reimburse you if you rent the house but I must have the app. to show you around.
