Minimum lease term is 12 months. This home is dog friendly with a $250 non refundable dog deposit. This is a NON smoking home. Tenant(s) will be responsible for all utilities. Audubon Place is a restrictive covenant neighborhood and all rules and regulations must be strictly adhered to throughout the tenancy.
**This home will be self managed by the owner, not through Long Term Rental Group.**

-Last 2 pay stubs of each income source listed
-If self employed, most current Schedule C tax return and proof of income
-Each person over 19 to be living in the home must submit an application
