This complex is a total scam-- took my application fee with no problem and now I've been lied to constantly about getting a response as to whether I've been approved. First it was "I'll give you a call within two days", then "I'll call you back later today", then "I'll call you within the hour". It's been two weeks, I don't even WANT to be approved to this place, and I still can't get anyone to return my calls. Out $135 for the application fee just to be lied to, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO HERE.

I live here and honestly, I don't have many complaints. The only issue I really had was when my a/c went out, it took them about a week to install a new unit outside but they provided an a/c window unit for the spare time and even accommodated me on my rent. The office staff is very friendly and nice. I see a lot of negative reviews and I understand everyone has different issues and opinions, but my 13 months of living here have been okay!

Do Not! I mean do Not move in these apartments! Everything these people are saying is 100% true! I went here with my son to help him get is own place! I was told that they had apartments in the front and then I was told they didnt have any in the front after they asked for and received all the deposit and move in money. They said they have ready now apartments and thats a lie! I was told they would have an apartment ready by the date requested, but then they called and said nothing will be available for another 10 days! They use the same story as if theyre waiting on inspections, but thats just the lie they tell to get your money! If you notice We have to constantly call them for answers! I will be getting my childs money back and warning everyone! Im going to call the health department! Everything they tell you will be a lie! They will be dealt with accordingly! Im also reaching out to a housing lawyer! Rent at your own risk! You will regret it if you dont listen to what these people are saying! Tell everyone you know to go elsewhere with their money!

THESE REVIEWS ARE 100% THE TRUTH. DO NOT MOVE IN. The apartment I rented was broken into. Car broken into. Good luck on getting maintenance out to fix anything that's going wrong with your apartment. Moved out 4/13 and it's 4/25 and I still haven't got a walkthrough. I was told they have 30 days to do the walkthrough..Yeah ok.. Apartment is cleaner then the day I moved in but guess who's going to eat that deposit. If this is your only option, TRIPLE SECURE EVERYTHING AND HAVE A LAWYER ON DECK AND SAY YOUR PRAYERS And good luck to ya.

Second time living here, worst decision ever! The place is totally different. Meaning, the whole complex is infested with roaches, they give you a set date to move in but the apartment won't be ready because maintenance staff is lazy. Also, the "NEW" management just tell you what you want to hear so they can get your money. I just moved in and we still have problems with wet carpet and not once did they come spray for bugs. we bought our own supply and dont think they will reimburse you for having to do their job. The units are nice but between the bugs and the staff DO NOT consider staying here!

Good evening, I have expressed my frustration with this apartment complex more times than I should have to. I moved in offically June 27th after the disaster that came with working with Tasha as my agent. I've been informed that she was no longer employed which is good. She was extremely unprofessional, I contacted her far more freauentley than she did. She was careless and during the most important parts of the process made me feel rushed. She couldn't give me a specific date of move in and seemed snappy when asked simple questions about my address and keys. Upon signing the lease I was told that my apartment was clean and ready and that it was 'one of the newer' apartments. She also told me I shouldn't have problems with pests. I have seen 2-4 roaches in that apartment since I've been living there. My toliet is broken and when flushed will run until I reach my hand in there to fix it. The bathroom sink leaks and the faucet in shower is loose and my 2 year olds touch can knock it off. There are spider webs in my bedroom closet and kitchen pantry. I have not even lived there a full month. And I have paid two months rent (june 535 & 77 for July's proration) Now I have been homeless with my daughter for a year now and I have never lived in such a disgusting place. I come home to relax with my daughter and I come home to play exterminator and plumber. Maintence at this establishment is terrible as well, I was told a week ago that someone would be in to paint over patches in my bathroom - no one has been there yet. I am so disappointed because I have worked so hard to provide a place for my daughter to lay her head and its in a place of filth..this is unacceptable. Since I've moved in I've been calling up to the leasing office more than 3 times a week concerning my apartment. Each young lady I've spoken to has too much attitude and not enough sincerity about people's issues. They will sale you false hope with a smile and laugh when you leave the leasing office with your problem. I have requested once and again to be placed in a new clean ROACH FREE apartment/bulding. My family is extremely resourceful and if need be I can contact news groups and other agencies that deal with unfit businesses like CANP. I'm already going to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with the issue. I hope this problem will be resolved in time. I shouldn't have these problems and I haven't lived here for a full month.

My experience has been horrible. I was given a move in date my apartment was not ready and I was virtually homeless for several days. after moving in I was given an apartment not fitting for someone with a disability which I explained to them before I moved in. It has been several months and I keep getting is the run around. The staff never returns phone calls, especially the manager Brenda. They would make repairs in a timely manner but now that has stopped. The apartment was nasty when I moved in, the bedroom door was hanging off the hinges, tub peeling and paper jammed in lock on front day....now the front door knob is loose and my mailbox will not close or lock

This is the WORST apartment ever. The name is no longer Sunswept Apartments they are now called Crossing at Northpointe. The leasing office staff is horrible. My roommate and I were suppose to move in on a certain date a Friday to be exact. Everyday we called and asked if we were still going to be able to move in on the date that we were told. She gave us an address were we could get the electricity on but she PURPOSELY gave us the wrong one. Come Friday we were not in our place and was given excuse after excuse saying how the inspection man did not come out on time. If that was the case then why did she lie to us saying that we were going to be moved in at this date and why would you give us a phony address. A week went passed and we were still not moved in we found another place and requested our deposit back. We called and called and was not getting any where being told the manager was never there and to call back later but would never answer the phone. They finally said we will have our deposit back by the end of October. Here we are the second week of November and still no Deposit now they are saying we have to wait another month for the Deposit. Every time we call they are rude and hangs up because they don't want to answer any questions. We have requested corporate number numerous of times but they are keeping it a secret. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT IS A WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!! AND A BIG HEADACHE!!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

11/9/16 - UPDATE: So they promised the spoken about people a deposit refund about 3 weeks or so ago and still not check in the mail. I asked her if it were for the app fee & deposit and the lil ugly sassy mouth lady "Andria" says mam we don't issue refunds for application fees. My thing is it's not their fault they didn't move into the place, if's your company's fault! They were given the run around, they were given 2 different move in dates, with an address that took them behind the damn trash dumpster so yes a false address (just to get the money I'm sure). Then was told 5 different inspection dates, then all of sudden, no answer nor phone call for an update. They are so whack, but I bet if I were face to face with the lil sassy mouth chick, she would have given me a corporate contact or had more answers for me. She decided to hang up and that's fine... we will settle this. I don't suggest anyone go here, they are a complete joke and full of games.... bastards! Who has owner or corporate information? They are very rude, took money from someone without giving an address, no lease signed, been giving run around about inspection date, its been over 2 weeks & no management has called back after several requests. Seem like they are up to no good with all the lies and every excuse as to why they don't have the deposit. They are getting reported to the BBB immediately! This is the worst place to ever live.! My apartment got broken into and the Manger refused to fix my door all the other units on my floor were vacant, and there was squatting living in the vacant units not to mention it has huge roaches! Worst living experience of my life.
