UPDATE:: one room available month to month or 6 months for a female or male to share with 1 other male professional.This is a very unique situation, I (Pamela) live in AZ, and I own this home, that I grew up in. I keep one bedroom for myself and only visit when it is warm for a week or so at a time, when I am in town, I am rarely around, except to sleep. I have furnishings in the basement and in the bedrooms, in the living room & dining room.. (previous Airbnb). Quick and easy move-in process, This bedroom is available 2/13/23!

I graduated from MSU and have always lived with roommates, I understand all of the ins and outs of doing so, but again, I will never really be around as I live out of state and own my own business here in AZ.

I am hoping to find one professional to rent one of the bedrooms. I will be paying gas, electric and water, wifi and cable and keeping all of the utilities in my name. You only need to bring your toothbrush and clothing, or bring your bed if you prefer. So again, this is a unique situation, and I have never had pets in the home since the remodel, so sorry, no pets, and non-smoking home.I am just looking for low-key roommates to help me cover the cost of the mortgage and utilities.
