Here is a home in Ferguson by January Washbash Park and Ferguson Middle School. There is a basement with two rooms and a space for storage plus a washer and dryer hookup. On the first level there are two bedrooms and a one bathroom a kitchen and dining room. The cabinets in the kitchen are black on one side and white on the other side. Appliances are black. Upstairs is one or two bedrooms it's a nice space with slanted ceilings. It does get hot up there in the summer months I will leave an AC unit up there if needed. The house yard is huge and I am worried about the tenant keeping the grass cut and the fence line clean I just cut down alot of trees and looking to get them removed. There is a garage with a long driveway so you fit about 3 cars. New roof riding and new flooring in most of the house.
To move in the deposit is 1450 the first month's rent is 1450 and last month's rent 1450. All three are due to move in. Tenant is responsible for grass water electric wifi trash and gas. Landlord will pay sewer. There is an alarm on the home if the tenant want to switch the alarm to their name, it is 50 dollars per month……
