First month's rent of $3,150 +Water/Sewer estimate of $125 + $3,150 security deposit + $125 non-refundable move in fee due before move in (=$6550). Credit and background check (to be paid for by applicant for all residents over age 18 or 21 if dependents are in college - this can be used for multiple applications) and paper application is required. Prefer tenants who enforce no shoes indoor policy. No pets, no smoking, no prior evictions, no late rent in past 12 months, income must be greater than 3x the rent, credit score of 700 and higher. Renter is required to obtain renter's insurance annually. Unfortunately we are not eligible for Section 8 due to lack of handrails on the front steps (most people don't use the front door but use the side door close to the detached garage).
Amenities included: central heat, dishwasher, hardwood and tile floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, washer & dryer, big yard and upcoming granite kitchen countertop.
