These reviews are insane. Kings Pointe office staff is very polite and professional. The community manager Miss McLeod does everything she can to help out her residents, we have been without AC and she made sure Ralph brought us a portable. Miss Arlene is always very professional and takes care of request in a timely manner. In my experience they have never discriminated against anyone. Jay came once to fix my dishwasher and had to come back four different times for something that was missing one part. He promised me stainless steal and never followed through.

The maintenance staff here is wonderful. I have been living here for about 6 months and had an emergency when the apartment above me flooded and began leaking into my apartment. Maintenance came out immediately even tho it was late at night and fixed the problem. Even made sure to fix anything else I needed or wanted done while they were there. They were friendly, professional, and very much appreciated. Thank you so much for quickly fixing the issue and cleaning up my apartment!

Kings Pointe Apartments is a nice gated community with everything you'd like including courteous staff members whom are professional. They get their jobs done expeditiously and are always available if you have any questions, comments and/or concerns.
Today, I needed some work done in my apartment and Jay and Jermaine were the 2 maintenance men who successfully completed the work in a timely manner as well as cleaned their workspace. If you're in our community, don't hesitate to request Jay and Jermaine if you want it done right and expeditiously.
