My friend who lives here is a literal saint and never complains about anything. Not gonna lie I'm usually not a big complainer about things usually I can just roll with the problems but this has to be the most poorly managed apartment buildings in the state, the abysmal warnings about construction with just random people walking in and out all of the time over the course of months (yea months of this) with no warning, they send an apartment wide email for the whole month and think that's good warning? There's a bunch of pipes and a platform up to my window thats been there for 6 weeks! the noise is killing me slowly. It's either blatant stupidity, or sheer disrespect. I I feel like I set the bar so low and they still couldn't meet it. Do yourself a favor, live anywhere else, and I mean anywhere don't get fooled the pics look nice and there is a lot of space but it isn't worth it.

If you are looking to live somewhere that provides a good proximity from campus with elevated views of the Ozark Mountains, generous floorplan dimensions, and top-notch customer service, then you've found the right place. As a resident these last few years, I had days where I could walk to the 15+ restaurants and numerous stadiums that surround the property, or even ride a complimentary shuttle to class and the night life. No more Uber's! As a student, having everything you need within minutes from your front door is a luxury within itself, especially during exams and the busy phases of the college experience. I'm glad that I chose to live here, and every resident that I met along the way would tell you the same thing. Go check this place out, and the rest will speak for itself!

No warning of construction at all. Ruined my senior year here. No one working here seems to care and they have done NOTHING to make this experience better. Random men come in and out of our apartment everyday. I dont feel safe living here or even waking outside because the construction men stare you down. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Most frustrating and aggravating experience. Should be illegal. They should be sued. Absolutely unacceptable.

Did not mention that there would be on going construction all year. Completely changed my daily dynamic. And honestly am not a very big complainer and honestly think this is my first review ever. But this place has been a mad house the last 10 weeks. Construction going on all day. People coming in out of your apartment randomly to fix stuff. I have an incredible patio with a great view and hardly use it anymore cause of all of the Jack hammering going on from morning to night there is a constant noise. I am a pretty easy off person but when there was 0 warning about this construction before singing. The people are really nice here but my gosh has this construction ruined my living situation this past semester. Ask all the questions before signing. Also closed the pool and hot tub of course right as it starts to warm up. Also they just dont come through with their promises. For instance there has been like two waffle Wednesdays not a big deal at all but dont promise me free Breakfast every Wednesday and then never supply it. And the parking is a whole other issue cant even find a spot remotely close to my unit and currently have 2/3 complex entrances cut off. I am a large male and havent felt scared at all but honestly would never let or want my little sister to live here with 50+ construction workers throughout the complex going in and out of units unannounced. Overall was so excited to live here but have just been disappointed with every aspect besides the bus driver mike and his services. Bus is the only plus this year in my opinion. Not recommended
