Moved in with some issues since it was a "renovated unit". Almost everything was new, although the cabinets were not the style I was expecting from the tour I was given. The coaxial outlets were painted over so I had maintenance bring over new ones that I installed myself, I was impressed at how fast they responded.
Valet trash was convenient but I couldn't handle the lack of recycling so I ended up bringing most boxes to a recycling place on my own.
My fridge had an issue that was also responded too very quickly. I never had an issue with bed bugs or mold. Neighborhood was quiet, although I never used the pool or gym amenities. Parking was convenient, my sheltered parking spot was only taken twice by a new tenant who didn't understand the rules.
Moving out was also pretty painless. My rent term was a year and a day for some reason, so I had to pay a prorated day of rent and utilities, and I almost had to pay for an extra month of renters insurance, otherwise, it was a standard 60 day notice and the walk-through showed no issues; my refund was given in full.
All in all, the price was a little high for a sleepy neighborhood, but the experience was positive in its entirety!
