Cedar Springs Independent Living- Luxury 55+ Community

Cedar Springs helps its residents to keep the mind, body, and spirit active and healthy. We have an on-site community manager who plans monthly activities, schedules off-site trips, coordinates various speakers, and hosts club-interested hobbies such as quilting, gardening, card games, etc.
The residents at Cedar Springs will have access to the exclusive community clubhouse. The Clubhouse is available to residents to enjoy companionship, host community activities or reserve for private parties at no extra charge.
The Clubhouse has a furnished gathering area, full kitchen, and an outdoor pavilion.
Every unit has a spacious one-story living area, walk-in showers, washer and dryer, refrigerator, granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings, private covered porches, and one-car garages. The units will have state-of-the art system that monitors for smoke and fire.
Each unit has an emergency call system that goes directly to 911. The Cedar Springs community has a gated entrance security system, all ground-care and building maintenance is included with units.
All utilities, except for phone and cable, are included in the monthly cost.
