Security Deposit of $1750 or $1850, depending on occupancy, will be due at the time of acceptance offer, asked for as an initial hold deposit, which will then be applied towards the security deposit amount at the time of lease signing and move-in.
There will also be a $50 reduction in monthly rent given to any approved applicant/s who has a 700+ FICO credit score with no credit blemishes, past due accounts, or debts currently in collections ($50 per single occupant or $50 total for a couple).
The first month’s rent, in full, will be due later on at the time of the lease start date.
The second month’s rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month.
Pets will not be considered at this time nor allowed, as this is a shared property with the owner.
This is an absolutely no-smoking home and Property, and no firearms of any type will be allowed within the home or on the property. Thank you.

A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or mgmt will be required to be listed as an additionally noted / insured on the policy.
