Private room upstairs with shared bathroom (with 1 other male) in Fairfax near George Mason University (4 min) and Nova community college (10 min), Fairfax station (7 min), Metro Bus Stop at intersection 40ft away.

This is a quiet house, good place for studying or resting after work. All utilities are included. Free high-speed Verizon Fios internet. Full access to kitchen (light cooking preferred), dining and living room, deck, washer, dryer (at lower level). You always have parking in my driveway or on the street in front of my house.

Room will be furnished with a bed. A desk and/or a chair can be furnished if you would like. I am looking for a person who is friendly and respects other people. Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in. Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to many parks, and 2 shopping centers (Walmart, Safeway, Giant, Costco....). The room is ready for you to move in from February 1st, 2021 onwards.
