Spacious one-bedroom/one-bath apartments located in the Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. Available to low-income residents 62 years and older or disabled that meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, ceiling fans, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent, tenant pays the electric. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Watson-Adcock Rental Housing is located in the heart of Heber Springs near a community playground, hospital, local eateries, and the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
