Broadway Terrace Apartments

Spacious one and two-bedroom/one-bath apartments located in the heart of the beautiful town of Heber Springs. Available to low-income residents 62 years and older that meet income eligibility guidelines. Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, central heat and air, and a small outdoor patio. Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent, tenant pays the electric. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Broadway also has an onsite laundry facility available for residents. The apartments are nestled within a quiet neighborhood with just a short drive to a hospital, grocery stores, several local eateries, and Greers Ferry Lake.
Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
