1. Inherent Risks due to Geography and Wildlife
Tenant understands and acknowledges that the Premises are located in a rural, hillside setting
that carry inherent risks, dangers and hazards such as steep grade, cliffs, boulders, loose soil
and wildlife/plants that may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to: skin rashes,
animal bites, insect stings, diseases carried by insects, mental anguish, trauma or injury from
unstable terrain, sprained or broken bones and falls that may result in serious injury or death.
Hunting is prohibited at all times on and around the Premises.
2. Assumption of Risk
Tenant agrees and acknowledges the risks surrounding the Premises. Tenant appreciates the
nature of the risks and voluntarily assume those risks.
3. Release of Liability
Tenant voluntarily agrees to release, waive, discharge, hold
harmless, Owner, its agents, officers, and employees from any and
all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage,
wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise that may arise from
geography, terrain or wildlife.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
