Located at 405 East 13th unit number 2. You will find a upper one bedroom unit. This unit is listed at $700 per month with gas included in the monthly rent. Tenant is only responsible for electric. Owner will pay up to $200 towards the quarterly water, Sewer, and trash bill, anything past that amount will be billed back to the tenant.
