Located at 746 east eighth, you will find a spacious Lower 3 bedroom unit, That does have a very large spacious common area. This unit also does have Central AC. Monthly rent will be set at $1000 plus gas and electric. Owner Will pay $200 towards the quarterly water, sewer and trash bill. Anything past that amount is tenant responsibility.
