They pretend to be upscale place, but they're not. A lot of thieves in that area, our packages were lost so many times, because someone stole them from hallway. We never ever had that kind of issue before we moved there, it's like a black hole. One morning I came back from my shift and I found our mailboxes broken from the back side, whole bunch of them, and I saw on the back side of our mailbox, that after we have been living there for 3 month (!) there was still the name of previous residents, not ours. When I asked one of the managers about it, she said we are those ones, who supposed to go to the post office and tell them that we're the new residents, who live there. I mean, what??? Since what time it works like that? At every single place we lived before and after we never did that. That's your job, guys. No one is allowed to smoke on the complex territory as well, but you can feel the smell of weed every single day. I'm absolutely ok with parties, and seriously I never complained about it in my life. But one night there was extremely loud music upstairs, I mean you could here it like the party is in your place with music on high volume. It was 2am, and I needed to get up early. I called courtesy patrol twice - nothing. Also, they will send you tons of notices about upcoming maintenance, which always will be delayed and delayed. For example, they send you notice about parking lot maintenance three days in advance. You need your car to be removed from your spot since 8am till 6pm, or they will TOW it. Then you wake up, move your car, and guess what, nothing happens. Next week they send you the same notice, and so on. I mean, what if someone is out of town for business or vacation, for example? No one cares. The same was with notices for different kind of maintenance. If you believe, it's highly secured gated community, it's not true. First of all, there was a story when one thief got in the apartment through the balcony during the day time. And there was another situation, when somebody broke the gates with his/her car, and the gates were like this, broken and wild open, during almost 4 months. Management there really doesn't care about your comfort. They just pretend they do. Yes, it was nice area around, but we couldn't wait till our lease is over. Once it was over, we moved out. I would never recommend it to anybody. Think twice before you make your decision. Thank you.

I just moved in to a 2 bedroom apt and am loving it! Kristi & Shanon in the management office worked with us to make our move in very easy and answered all our questions. It's very quite and all the neighbors have been super friendly. Also, the pool and jacuzzi a great place to relax and unwind after a long day. Two thumbs up!

I've had no complaints in the last two years of living here. The amenities have exceeded my expectations especially living this close to the beach west of the I-5 fwy. They do a great job offering residents special perks such as free weekly tennis lessons, outdoor yoga and periodically bring in food trucks. The property consistently stays up to date with outdoor painting, facility maintenance and have beautifully landscaped lawns. In the front office, I especially appreciate Adrianna. She has always gone above and beyond any time I've called needing help with something.
