I lived at the Elm for 3 years, its a decent place to live, management is horrible, after my apartment being robbed, management or the owners did ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING for my wife or myself to feel safe. This property has had three different management teams while I was residing there. Security is very lacks there, if you have any children PLEASE be careful as vehicles from the Nob Hill apartments. I ended my lease early, and began a year long court battle regarding early lease termination fee's. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE apartment. Whenever some leaves a poor review, owners/management never address things or take ownership on their short coming. TOTALLY UNSAFE PLACE to live, DAYS INN hotel next door is use for the homeless AND DEFINITELY DRUG USE. The response did address the BURGLARY of my apartment. I HAVE NEVER MISSED OR HAD A LATE PAYMENT MY ENTIRE STAY THERE. Again ONLY a decent place to live & management is HORRIBLE. IM back to Homeownership.

Updated*: I had called and made an appointment with a team member stating there was availability. I dont understand why its so hard to learn how to be a professional business, to own up to your unprofessionalism and apologize accordingly. Horrible service, buy a condo! Exactly what I did with my money vs paying an apartment complex with horrible staff and terrible complaints. Happy my money did not go to you guys!
