HOW TO APPLY: Once you have toured the property and are ready to apply, visit our website www.Accolade-Rentals.com to apply online. Applications are $50 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers.

SCREENING CRITERIA: Please visit our website at Accolade-Rentals.com for our detailed screening criteria. We DO NOT answer screening criteria qualification questions over the phone.

PETS: Pets are approved on a case by case basis, applicant must verify with management regarding specific pets and go through the pet screening process at PetScreening.com. *Management does not guarantee that your pet will be approved.
MOVE IN COSTS: A $200 Holding Deposit shall be deemed non-refundable and will be applied to your account as follows: $200.00 Security Deposit. First months rent and Security Deposit are required to move in, plus an administrative fee of $200 and home cleaning fee of $300. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The second month’s rent will be prorated less the move in days.
