We love our pets! Pets are allowed at Central Crossing. No more than two animals are allowed per unit, and a $20.00 monthly pet rent applies for each pet. Cats and dogs have a weight limit of 40 lbs. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. A $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
