Worst experience EVER. Apartment maintenance worked on our apartment before we moved in and left the A/C & lights on! Our electric bill was insane and the apartment managers don't even care and state there is nothing they can do. We started to notice that we were being poked going up and down the stairs. NAILS were poking out of the carpet. Called the apartment managers and never got word back. It finally got "fixed" when I drove by an apartment and noticed guys installing carpet and asked them to swing by. Even now in the living area my three year old got cut on a nail sticking out from the carpet. There is animal fur embedded into the carpet upstairs. There is a bug problem to which we were told they would fumigate before we moved in but still nothing. The railings for the stairs are super wobbly and not safe at all. The doors stick and make a loud bang when you open them. There are gaps in the window and the frame in most windows that have been brought to the managers attention but again, nothing. Good luck trying to get a hold of them too. They NEVER pick up the phone.

This place has been good to me. Just resigned for another 12 month. Leasing office is helpful and knowledgeable of the area and the girl in the office is really helpful. Nice community, clean apartments. Military discount is great, and really close to Ft bliss.
