EXCESSIVE WATER LEAK ON FIRST MOVE IN DAY!!!!
Moved in Saturday, apt had electricity, while moving in maintenance men (2) askws if ww wanted them to turn on A.C., we stated that we had no water, so they asked if we wanted them to turn water on and to just call electric, water, and gas Monday to switch service to Our name.
They turned on AC, and water and left. Boy what a surprise to hear water spilling from bathroom! Went tonsee what the water sound was while still unpacking, and LO! Water was leaking like crazy from toilet.
Got 2 fresh bath towels to soak up the excessive water filling up bathroom floor, and turned of the water from behind toiler in floor.
But now, can't use toilet without a massive leak! This experience denotes the "modus operandi" and standards and methods this property management operates under.
