There are seven stairs to access the house and uneven, country terrain, so a steady walking gate is a must.
There is a pool that will be filled in or replastered within aproximately 1- 1/2 years
INCLUDED: Rent includes free access to a laundry room (open 7 am to 10pm). No washing loads for non-residents. $75 a month for utilities includes high-speed Cox WiFi internet, all utilities except telephone.
LOOKING FOR: a pet loving single, positive, mature, nonsmoking, clean, moderate, responsible, and considerate individual. Must have a steady, reliable income, appreciate nature, and want to live here long term. Please, no drama queens or addicts (that includes alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc). NO illegal drugs or abuse of prescription drugs. Mobile Seniors welcome. No allergies to dogs, cats, or horses.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must be able to submit references and documentation that proves their continuing ability to pay the rent at the time of the application. A criminal background check will be conducted.
PARKING: Parking is off-road, with one place on the blacktop. There is further space for 1 additional vehicle approved on a case by case basis. A 3rd vehicle is possible on a case by case basis for a monthly parking fee.
PETS: 1 friendly cat who gets along with other cats and a medium sized cat-friendly dog.
A small, cat-friendly, dog allowed on approval. All pets require an additional pet deposit of $250 per pet.
ROOM DESCRIPTION: Your airy, sunlit 151 square ft private room offers a half vaulted ceiling that ensures a feeling of spaciousness, a large window, a designer ceiling fan, and imported Italian wood-look ceramic tile floors (found throughout the house).
Storage: a 62" x 25" x 24" storage space located above the mirrored and lighted double hang closet.
Bathroom: You will share a large full bathroom with designer tile, hardwood cabinetry, double sink, granite countertop, and large mirrored medicine cabinet with me. The laundryroom also has an extra toilet.
LOCATION: Serenity Oaks is located across from Blossom Valley at the Lake Jennings Park Road Exit off of HWY 8 in Eastern El Cajon. Features rapid access to downtown El Cajon, a 15 minute drive to Santee, Tierra Santa, or the College area, 22 min to Mission Valley, and 28 min to downtown San Diego (more during traffic hours). Public transportation (bus) is a mile + hike away with some of it uphill, with the trolley a 15 min drive way, so a car, bike ownership, or a love of long walks is a must.
HOUSEHOLD: You will share the 2000 sq ft drama free house with two other healthy and respectful ladies. We are friendly, and enjoy sharing occasional dinners, but generally live busy lives.
COMMON AREAS: The house features a large front deck, a mountain view, partially vaulted ceilings, designer ceiling fans, imported Italian tile floors, a formal dining room, a large country kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large living room.
GROUNDS AMENITIES: French doors lead to a flower filled front deck with comfortable seating, and a mountain and seasonal creek view. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
Choose from many locations on the large grounds to dine, enjoy nature, read a book, or hike.
PRICE: All this can be yours for a very reasonable $55 application fee, paid to a company that runs a credit and criminal background check, then, if you pass the check, Due upon signing the lease $1095 to cover first month's rent, plus $75 for 1st month's utilities, a deposit of $1095, plus any applicable pet deposit fee.
