The place smells like mildew the office manager is rude and very unhelpful they have a new leasing agent every two weeks so your information is being divulged to any and everyone coming through the door. you have to have 7- to 9 pay stubs,6months of bank statements and still won't get in because of the imaginary people who approve your application. Not to include insult to injury if you have great rental history from your previous property on top of what I just stated you needed you still won't get in. And this property is the least appealing subsidized housing in the ghetto area nothing but people walking around.

Your A/C will stop working in the summer and your heat will stop in the winter. All appliances will be moved from one unit to the other. High crime! Car break-ins and drugs! Roaches for days!! Please make sure you schedule a walk through before moving out because the leasing agent will do whatever it takes to keep your deposit. Most of the time they will only have 1 maintenance man...... so your work order can take up to two weeks before someone visit your apartment. If you need new blinds stay on them if they say they will replace them because if not, when you move out they will charge you!! Renters beware! You've been warned...
