This downstairs, one-bedroom condo on Goeglein Gulch boasts gorgeous mountain views from the living room and bedroom, as well as from the front deck. The kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. Blackout shades in the bedroom and washer/dryer in the bathroom. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas and $40 for w/s/t per person per month. No pets. Reserved parking spot and guest parking. Clubhouse includes fitness and business centers. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The $50 application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
