Dogs (two max) are ok with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet, as well as $35/month, per pet. No cats. No smokers. The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and $50 application fee for EACH adult. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay fees at the office with a copy of your license. After hours, please utilize the drop box outside our office, but label payments. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
